HAL Public Star Party Oct. 4, 2014
Well despite some high thin clouds I think we can call tonight's star party a success . We had 17 scopes setup and approximately 40 people attended tonight's event. Of course the Moon was targeted by most everyone though some of the brighter DSO's were shown as well. A big thank you to all the HAL members that helped out!

We also had a nice, youthful crowd in attendence with students and teachers from Gorman Cross Elementary in North Laurel. Some of our members brought their kids as well.
